The Attorney General’s Office managed to prosecute Carlos Miguel Acosta Quintero, 22, Cristian David Cujia Toncel, 21, and Juan David Calderón Orozco, as alleged perpetrators of the robbery of several women of Mexican origin.

The arrest took place on July 11 in San Juan del Cesar (La Guajira), after National Police officers were alerted about a theft apparently committed by three men who were driving a green car.

As a result of a search, the vehicle was located and neutralized in a road that connects to the municipality of El Molino (La Guajira), where the victim’s belongings, a high-end cell phone, cash and identity documents of the victims were found.

For these facts, the Prosecutor’s Office charged them as allegedly responsible for the crime of aggravated theft.
