Renato Dosaiba Guasiruma was sent to prison for teh alleged comission of the attempted murder of Duberney Lucio Martínez Córdoba. The investigation showed that the events took place on December 4, 2020 in the Cristo Rey neighborhood inVillagarzón (Putumayo).
The defendant, together with another man, allegedly fired at Martínez Córdoba when he arrived at his house. Neighbors and relatives helped him and took him to hospital in Neiva (Huila), where he survived. The two alleged attackers fled the scene.
Interviews with witnesses and identification through photographs; among other judicial police activities made it possible to fully identify the alleged attackers. The Prosecutor’s Office charged the defendant with attempted aggravated homicide and manufacturing, trafficking or possession of firearms.
The defendant did not plead guilty to the charges.
