After a preliminary agreement between the Attorney General’s Office and the defendant’s defense, a judge sentenced Alexander Pitro Carlini Delaney to six years and four months in prison for the crimes of manufacturing, trafficking, or possession of a firearm for exclusive use to the Armed Forces and for personal use and manufacture, trafficking or possession of narcotics.
The judicial decision is related to the facts that occurred on June 2, 2022, in a hotel, located in the Marbella neighborhood in Cartagena (Bolívar), where the authorities in the middle of a judicial proceeding found in the room where Carlini Delaney was staying a Smith & Wesson firearm, fifty cartridges ( 9 mm caliber), twelve cartridges (38 caliber), a handmade firearm, a supplier and drugs that were going to be sold.
The now convicted 35-year-old is deprived of his liberty in the San Sebastián Ternera prison in Cartagena (Bolívar).
