Kevin José Cuero Gamboa, alias Chinga, an alleged member of the Los Shotas faction of  ‘La Local’ criminal gang, was charged as an alleged co-perpetrator of the crimes of manufacturing, trafficking and possession of firearms for private use and restricted use by the Armed Forces or explosives.

Ninfa Rocío Lerma Martínez, the  alleged leader´s wife , was charged with manufacturing, trafficking and possession of narcotics.
