The arrest took place on November 27 in a central sector of Villanueva (Casanare). Once he was identified, the system showed that Martínez Daza had a pending arrest warrant issued by a court in Sabalarga (Casanare) to serve a six-year prison sentence for the crime of theft, therefore he was brought before justice.
The Prosecutor’s Office charged him with trafficking and possession of firearms or ammunition. He did not plead guilty.
