After pleading guilty to the charges of aggravated femicide charged by a prosecutor from the Magdalena Medio Sectional Directorate, Eder Cuéllar Guzmán was sentenced to 23 years and 7 months in prison for his responsibility in the crime of aggravated femicide.

The facts occurred in Simiti (Bolívar) on August 14, 2022, when the man stabbed his partner twice.
