At the request of a prosecutor of the Sectional Office in Quindío, a judge sent Jefferson Andrés González Homen to prison. He is allegedly responsible for distributing illicit substances.
González was an alleged member of the organization known as Legado which was dismantled in December 2021. The defendant was allegedly one of those in charge of distributing large amounts of cocaine to small drug dealers in neighborhoods such as Simón Bolívar and Alfonso López, in Armenia.
Due to these facts, the Prosecutor’s Office charged this person with conspiracy to commit an aggravated crime; trafficking, manufacturing, or possession of drugs in large quantities.
