Mario Germán Hoyos and Diego Fernando Aragón were sent to prison by the 14th Criminal Judge of Cali after the Prosecutor’s Office found them allegedly responsible for the crimes of manufacturing, trafficking and possession of narcotics.

Both men were arrested by the National Police on the road that leads from Villa Rica (Cauca) to Palmira (Valle) after an inspection of the vehicle in which they were traveling and they found, apparently, 58 kilograms of marijuana.

According to the investigation, the cargo valued at $150 million, was going to be delivered to the networks in Palmira and the main city of Valle del Cauca in order to be distributed.

Both defendants did not plead guilty to the charges.
