A person identified as Dubán Felipe Pantoja, alias El Flaco or Pantoja, was deprived of his liberty for allegedly being responsible for selling drugs in the municipality of Yotoco (Valle del Cauca).

This was decided by a judge after accepting the request proposed in this regard by the Attorney General’s Office, which is investigating the accused for the crime of trafficking, manufacturing and possession of drugs.
According to the Prosecutor’s Office, alias El Flaco was arrested in flagrante delicto during a home search in a house in the Santa Bárbara neighborhood in the aforementioned municipality. In the proceedings, the authorities found marijuana, cash, a blender, and a cell phone.
During the hearings, the judge decided that Pantoja, who did not plead guilty to the charges must comply with a prison sentence.
