The Sectional Office in Chocó brought Agustiper Bailarín Conchave, alias ‘Arrechó’, before justice for the crime of aggravated conspiracy, after being accused of belonging to the Baudó substructure of the Clan del Golfo.

The detainee appeared before Navy officers in Nuqui (Chocó) where he was arrested and then, he was brought before a judge by a prosecutor in Bahía Solano.

According to the evidence, this person apparently was part of this organization since August 2013 to October 2021, having as an area of ​​criminal interference the indigenous communities of Pava, Macora, Noamia, all belonging to Alto Baudó (Chocó).

During the proceedings, the defendant was deprived of his liberty.
