Before a Municipal Criminal Judge in Cúcuta (Norte de Santander), the Attorney General´s Office charged Audis Daniel Quiroz Hernández, alias ‘Audi’, as allegedly responsible for the crimes of aggravated homicide and manufacturing, trafficking, possession of firearms, parts and/or ammunition.

The 21-year-old man is investigated by the Attorney General´s Office for the facts that took place on May 1 of this year, in neighborhood Ospina Pérez, where Ismael Evelio Suarez Mora was killed with a firearm when he was driving his motorcycle in the sector.

At the end of the hearings, the judge approved the arguments that the Attorney General´s Office presented and the judge issued a detention measure against the defendant, that he must serve in the so-called La Modelo prison in the north-eastern part of the main city of Santander.

It should be noted that for this same fact, Yoneiker Rafael Tello Osorio, alias ‘Alicate’, was prosecuted in august. He along with alias ‘Audi’, apparently, would be part of a group involved in the commission of crimes such as drug trafficking and homicides in Cúcuta following instructions of alias ‘Porras’.
