Jeiner Eliecer Sanjuan Joven and Jorge Jobany Rosero Taicus were sent to prison by a judge. The two people were prosecuted for their alleged responsibility in the crime of trafficking, manufacture, or possession of drugs. Charges were brought by the Office of the Attorney General.
The people prosecuted were arrested by the National Police in a neighborhood known as Las Colinas de Orito (Putumayo) when they were allegedly riding a motorcycle with two bags containing 4 kilos of cocaine base, according to the Homologated Preliminary Identification Test (PIPH).
This result corresponds to the objectives drawn up in the 2020-2024 Strategic Direction which was established by the Attorney General, Francisco Barbosa Delgado to fight crimes against public safety.
