A prosecutor appointed to the Special Anti-Narcotics Unit in Pereira charged Jhon Jairo Valencia Velásquez, Raúl Guillermo Alvarado Arrauth and Sandra Milena Valencia Velásquez with conspiracy to commit a crime with drug trafficking purposes and drug trafficking, manufacturing or possession of drugs.

Apparently, the people involved would be part of the criminal organization Atenas involved in selling drugs through home delivery in the municipality of Santa Rosa de Cabal (Risaralda). According to the investigation, orders were made by phone and delivered in a motorcycle.

CTI judicial police, with the support of Sijin officials in Risaralda carried our search warrants in which those people involved were arrested. Cell phones, cash, 1 kilo of cocaine and items used in the dosage were seized during the operations.

A supervisory judge issued house arrest against the defendants.
