The Office of the Attorney General informs:
1. The Special Task Force for the Odebrecht case, assigned to the Unit of Delegate Prosecutors before the Supreme Court of Justice, will again charge the former director of the National Infrastructure Agency (Agencia Nacional de Infraestructura-ANI), Luis Fernando Andrade Moreno, with alleged irregularities in the signature of several addendum in the so-called Ruta del Sol 3 project.
2. With this decision, the Office of the Attorney General seeks to adjust the process to legality, given the decision made by the 36th Criminal Court in Bogotá that declared the nullity as of the hearing in which charges were brought against Andrade Moreno, due to different mistakes allegedly committed by the previous prosecutor in charge of this case.
3. The indictment will be structured again by the Special Task Force for the Odebrecht case, according to the criteria defined by the judge who has jurisdiction over the matter and the offenses will be undue interest in the execution of contracts and embezzlement.
