With this arrest, the Attorney General, Francisco Barbosa Delgado, ratifies the Attorney General´s Office commitment of protecting human rights and clarifying criminal actions that endanger the integrity of social leaders and people in the process of reincorporation. 

The Attorney General, Francisco Barbosa Delgado, announced the arrest of Hernando Stiven Restrepo López, alias Boro, considered as  leader of Clan del Golfo who will be brought before a  supervisory judge for the murder of two civilians and the son of a woman in the process of reincorporation in Ituango (Antioquia). 

In a visit to Pasto (Nariño), the Attorney General presented the results and  verified, together with the Deputy Attorney Martha Janeth Mancera, the progress of investigations aimed at clarifying the acts of violence that have affected the region. 

According to the evidence collected by the Special Investigation Unit alias Boro and other armed people, intercepted a bus known as ‘bus escalera’ and took away the driver, his assistant, and a minor, the son of a former Farc woman in process of reincorporation. The bodies of the victims were found on June 6 in the rural area of ​​Ituango (Antioquia).
