Upon receiving the request of the Office of the Attorney General, a supervisory judge sent Jonás Ramírez Ciclos to prison for storing more than 600 kilos of marijuana seized in the rural area of ​​the municipality of Caloto (Cauca). 

The facts took place on July 31, in the country side division of Pílamo of the above-mentioned municipality in which members of the Technical Investigative Corps (Cuerpo  Técnico  de  Investigación  (CTI)  in  Spanish) of the Office of the Attorney General, with the support of the National Army, located a property that would be used to store drugs. 

The authorities found in the place 25 plastic containers and 5 synthetic fiber containers containing 863 packages, which according to a preliminary chemical analysis tested positive for ‘Creepy’ marijuana. Likewise, the defendant  was apprehended in flagrante. 

In the preliminary hearings, the Office of the Attorney General charged the defendant with the manufacture, trafficking, or possession of drugs. 

According to the decision made by the judge, the defendant must serve a prison sentence.
