The Superior Tribunal in Pasto (Nariño) ratified in a second instance, the sentence issued by the First Criminal Court of the Special Circuit, in which José Germán Paguatián Isandará was sentenced to 42 years and 6 months in prison for the disappearance of a 5-year-old minor in Buesaco (Nariño). 

The investigations carried out by a Special Prosecutor’s Office assigned to the Branch Office in Nariño, demonstrated that the above-mentioned person was coauthor of the events that took place on December 28, 2014 in the afternoon, when the girl was kidnapped in the rural settlement named San Antonio. 

During the trial stage, the accusing party supported its arguments with evidence, as well as with testimonies of relatives and investigators of the case who identified Paguatián Isandará as one of the coauthors of the criminal act.

The defendant was confined in a prison in Pasto, the main city of Narino.
