The most recent analysis carried out by the Office of the Attorney General on  investigations into attacks against demobilized Farc members and their relatives showed a clarification of 46.55%, that is, there were results (arrests, accusations and convictions) in 128 cases of the 275 cases known since the signing of the peace agreement.

This important progress has been possible thanks to the joint work of the Special Investigation Unit, the sectional prosecutors, judicial police groups and the territorial approach defined by the Attorney General, Francisco Barbosa Delgado, in which all institutional capacities are strengthened in those regions where the events take place.

Regarding the attacks committed against demobilized people, the Office of the Attorney General has reached  44.16% of clarifications represented in 102 cases. Due to these facts, 199 people have been linked to the investigations, 110 of them have been charged and ordered to serve a sentence in prison.

Likewise, 26 convictions have been obtained and 31 people have been linked to 19 cases which are in the trial stage.
