Facts concerning attack in the parking lot of the Metropolitan Police of Tunja were cleared by the Office of the Attorney General and National Police

Thanks to the arrest of two alleged members of the José David Suárez ELN Front, it was possible to prosecute all the suspects involved in the terrorist attack committed against facilities of the Metropolitan Police of Tunja which caused the death of a patrolman.

The case involves a man and a woman who apparently had an active participation is these facts.

In the first operation carried out this February 9th, in the urban area of ​​Saravena (Arauca), Jaime Alexánder Cuadros Amado aka El Gordo or Cachama was arrested. He is allegedly one of the hit men of the aforementioned guerrilla front.

According to investigations, the arrested individual would be the one who murdered patrolman Jefferson Ricardo Román Bolívar on October 22, 2018 when he was the guard of the parking lot.
