For three years, the Office of the Attorney General through the Specialized Directorate against Criminal Organizations and DIJIN- National Police compiled audios, videos, documents and a lot of evidence that showed the alleged links of three structures of the demobilized Farc who would be responsible for recruiting young people to commit vandalism during protests in Bogotá.
The alleged people responsible for this activity were identified as: Jaime Hernando Olarte Torres, Yeiner Avendaño Bohórquez, David Revelo Gutiérrez, Víctor Hugo Ruiz Herrera, Yeison Manyiver Franco Sánchez and Julio Martínez Tautiva.
These six people were arrested and brought before court (audiencias concentradas)1 which took place in the so called Complejo Judicial de Paloquemao.
During the proceeding, a prosecutor of the Specialized Directorate against Criminal Organizations accused the defendants of criminal conspiracy, terrorism, homicide, drug trafficking and illegal possession of weapons and ammunition.
