Tribunal in Santander ratifies the offense of forced disappearance for the crime of Ilse Amory Ojeda

The Tribunal (Tribunal Superior) of Santander dismissed appeal for nullity filed by the Office of the Inspector General and defense Attorney of Juan Guillermo Valderrama and ratified the crime of forced disappearance.

Valderrama would be the alleged responsible for the offense committed against the Chilean citizen Ilse Amory Ojeda González which occurred last March 31^st. The Office of the Attorney General also charged the defendant with aggravated feminicide.
