A female civil engineer, a merchant, a retired person and an employee of a private security company were the victims. They were taken hostages for 23 days.
As a result of an operation coordinated by the Office of the Attorney General, with support from National Army, four people who had been kidnapped at the beginning of November in the rural area of the municipality of El Tambo (Cauca), were released in the last hours.
The rescue was carried out by CTI investigators of the Office of the Attorney General and Gaula (Army) in a house located in a small town named La Aurelia, in the municipality of El Tambo (Cauca).
These four victims, who remained prisoners for 23 days, were found in this place.
