In record time, the Office of the Attorney General obtained the conviction of a person who would be the alleged responsible for the murder of a former FARC combatant who appeared as duly certified demobilized person at the Office of the High Commissioner for Peace (OACP).
It is about Javier Pérez Hurtado who was charged with aggravated murder of Jorge Enrique Corredor González.
The evidence collected and presented to the judge hearing the case allowed the Office of the Attorney General to demonstrate that Pérez was one of those responsible for the death of Corredor González, alias Wilson Saavedra, commander of the Farc´s 21st Front.
