Criminal organization which engaged minors in the sale of narcotics in Cauca

17 people were arrested. 

The Office of the Attorney General through the Technical Investigative Corps (in spanish Cuerpo Técnico de Investigación CTI), and the National Police (Dirección de Protección y Servicios Especiales de la Policía Nacional (Dipro)) with the support of the National Army dismantled a criminal structure accused of engaging minors in the collection and distribution of drugs in Popayán (Cauca).

Thanks to evidence that was gathered, the Third Special Prosecutor’s Office in Cauca achieved 15 arrest warrants against the alleged members of the illegal organization ‘Los del Sur’ or ‘Los Intocables’.
