Members of the Technical Corps of Investigation (CTI) of the Office of the Attorney General proceeded to execute an arrest warrant issued against Fernando Marín Valencia who is currently under investigation for allegedly offering money at the beginning of the month of May in order to be favored in legal proceedings related to money laundering offenses.
In the next hours, the hearings (audiencias concentradas)* will be held before a judge guarantees (control de garantias) in the city of Barranquilla (Atlántico) where the Office of the Attorney General will charge him for the alleged commission of bribery.
