Public servants belonging to the Delegate Unit before the Supreme Court and Internal Control received proofs related to investigations carried out against alleged people involved in corruption acts.
In order to continue with the investigations concerning the so-called ‘Odebrecht’ case, the Office of the Attorney General received all files and proofs that Mr. Leonardo Espinosa, acting as ad hoc prosecutor until last Tuesday, had in his possession.
On May 23rd and 24th, members of the Delegate Unit before the Supreme Court and the Internal Control Office of the Office of the Attorney General received the inventory of the offices that they occupied at the northern headquarters in Bogotá, digital media and several pieces of evidence associated with the investigations.
