Before the 17th Criminal Court of Bogotá hearing the case, the Office of the Attorney General brought charges against lawyer Leonardo Luis Pinilla Gómez, known as alias Porcino, for his alleged responsibility in the crime of extortion, acting as intervening party.

The process is part of the investigations that are conducted against illegal organizations that permeated the administration of justice in order to divert judicial processes.

This case is related to the alleged initial request to make a payment of about 100 million pesos to former governor of Córdoba, Alejandro Lyons Muskus, to divert an ongoing investigation in the Office of the Attorney General.
