Four properties were subjected to a seizure process (extinction de dominio)1 due to the fact that were used by alias James and drug dealers who were arrested in the so-called Operación Reprobados III. Properties exceed one thousand million pesos.

The Office of the Attorney General imposed precautionary measures (Assets Forfeiture) on three properties and a commercial establishment located downtown Bogotá, whose value exceeded one billion pesos.

These properties would have been used by a gang engaged in storing and selling  drugs in the university area between towns Mártires, Santafé and La Candelaria.

  1. Extinción de Dominio means “Loss of ownership of property derived from or used in criminal activity which has been seized by the government”.
