The Office of the Attorney General and the National Police established the identity of a man that sexually exploited girls between 13 and 16 years old and used a teenager to recruit victims. The alleged procurer and five other people investigated for sexual crimes against minors were arrested in Guaduas (Cundinamarca).
Investigations conducted by the Office of the Attorney General and the National Police allowed to locate a commercial establishment in Guaduas (Cundinamarca) used to show and sell films, but it actually was a commercial façade used by the procurer.
