Arrest warrants have been issued against former prosecutor Carlos Bermeo and former senator Luis Alberto Gil for corruption acts in JEP

The Office of the Attorney General has determined that this is a criminal enterprise affecting judicial processes in Bogotá and other cities in the country.

At the request of the Office of the Attorney General, the 22^nd Criminal Court in Bogotá (Guarantee Court) issued preventive detention orders with imprisonment against former delegate Prosecutor before JEP Carlos Bermeo, former senator Luis Alberto Gil Castillo, as well as Yamit Prieto Acero, Luis Orlando Villamizar and Ana Cristina Solarte Burbano.
