At the request of the Office of the Attorney General, the 12th Court (Guarantee Court) issued a preventive detention order with imprisonment for civil engineer and entrepreneur Orlando Fajardo Castillo.
According to the Office of the Attorney General his release would obstruct justice since there is an ongoing investigation against this individual for misappropriation, bribery (active and passive) and undue interest in the execution of contracts.
