The High Court in Buga sentenced, Dora Milena Delgado Gómez, a municipal traffic warden, to eight years in prison for ideological representation in public document and breach of duty (action).
The decision rejected any benefit for the convicted person and orders her immediate confinement in prison. She was serving a home confinement measure.
The grounds of this decision are related to traffic fines that were imposed without complying with provisions set forth in law and providing fake information.
