Bolsillos de Cristal” plan in Nariño, Norte de Santander and Quindío

In the development of the so called “Bolsillos de Cristal” plan*, the Office of the Attorney General announced today that charges will be brought against current governors in Nariño and Norte de Santander, as well as against two former female governors in Quindío and one in Norte de Santander.

Next November 1st, charges will be brought by the High Court in Bogotá against governor of Nariño, Camilo Ernesto Romero. He will be charged with five offenses: ideological representation in a public document, embezzlement for the profit of third parties, undue interest in the execution of contracts, execution of contracts without compliance of the legal requirements and information disclosure.
