At the second international event on exchange of experiences and good practices in regard to domestic violence, public servants of the Office of the Attorney General listened trough videoconference to the Delegate Prosecutor in Spain, Pilar Martín Najera, who coordinates since 2015 law enforcement officers who are in charge of gender-based violence cases, speaking about violence against women.

Martín Najera referred to the importance of protecting victims, of coordinating actions between state agencies in order to restore rights that were violated and ensure an appropriate assistance for women and their children. She also emphasized that besides legal measures, the protection measures such as education, are the most effective for a healthy life together.
