Thirteen people were arrested by the Office of the Attorney General in the Departments of Atlántico, Bolivar and Cundinamarca for being allegedly responsible for revoking a precautionary measure in regard to properties that were intended for repairing victims since the above mentioned people expected to sell these properties to alleged buyers in good faith.
Among the arrested people there is a member of the Criminal Investigation Team (CTI), a former public servant of the Congress and several employees of institutions in charge of managing these properties, such as the the Fund to repair victims Fondo de Reparación a las Víctimas y la Sociedad de Activos Especiales (SAE).
