Charges were brought by the Office of the Attorney General before a guarantee Court against Agroamco’s legal representative, Alexánder Suárez Gamboa, and a public servant of the major´s Office in Bucaramanga, Fredy Edgar Raguá Casas, who worked as supervisor of the contract that is under investigation. Charges were brought for the alleged irregular practices in the execution of contracts between both institutions.
The subject matter of the contract which was executed on December 7, 2011 and amounted to 1.200 million pesos was to provide the affected population with comprehensive assistance this year, but the Office of the Attorney General found inconsistencies in this contract.
