Arrested alleged members of the so-called Los Chatrarreros criminal organization who committed 23 robberies against oil companies

Six alleged members of so-called ‘Los Chatarreros’ criminal organization were arrested by the Office of the Attorney General for committing robberies in 3 oil fields in the Department of Meta.

Among the arrested people are alias Eduardo, alleged ringleader; alias Darío or el Paisa, person allegedly in charge of finances and transportation; alias Guaviare or Jairo; alias Ibarra; alias Yuler; and alias Chiche Micos; who are accused of committing 23 robberies in oil fields in Puerto Triunfo, Rubiales and El Oasis.
