For the purpose of creating a judicial cooperation network between Chile, Spain, France, Peru, United Kingdom and Sweden to fight against domestic violence, the Office of the Attorney General is leading international events.
At the first, of a series of conferences on best practices in the fight against domestic violence, the director of the Strategy to prevent Violence against Women, Victoria Mall, explained via videoconference from London those tools which are used in a process such as an arraignment in which the victim is not present. This event took place at the so called Bunker (headquarters) in which Deputy Attorney, María Paulina Riveros Dueñas, prosecutors and advisors participated.
