Within the framework of the so-called Bolsillos de Cristal plan, the office of the Attorney General will bring charges against five individuals for the alleged commission of offenses when managing the Land use planning Planes de Ordenamiento Territorial (POT) in several municipalities of Cundinamarca.
Luis Álvaro Rincón Rojas, his wife Edith Rocío Peñuela, former police inspector Wilson Romero Castro, city councilman Víctor Julio Castellanos Jiménez and contractor Ernesto Pinto Salazar will be charged with influence peddling and illicit gain offenses.
