Before the second criminal judge hearing the case (juez de conocimiento) in Ibagué (Tolima), the Office of the Attorney General brought charges against Iván David Hernández, former director of Hospital Federico Lleras Acosta, for his alleged participation in the execution of contracts without compliance of the legal requirements, in consistent sequence of serial crime.
Héctor Yesid Hernández, the hospital´s legal adviser and Luisa Victoria Troncoso, legal representative (contractor), were also accused for the same offenses.
