Five criminal organizations were dismantled
Fifty four (54) people were arrested as a result of operations that were carried out in eleven Departments of the country. They were allegedly involved in the commission of extortions.
Also, five criminal organizations that were operating in Antioquia, Atlántico, Sucre and Valle del Cauca were dismantled.
Among the Departments that yielded positive results in regard to the above mentioned crime is Valle del Cauca which reported the highest number of arrests (21), followed by Sucre (10), and Antioquia (9).
