Before the 53rd Criminal Court in Bogotá, charges have been brought by the Office of the Attorney General for corrupt management fraud against employees of bank “Banco Agrario” Marcela Ferrán and Irliana Barahona, vice president of Credits and Portfolio and interim manager of Credits and Portfolio, respectively.

The investigation which was conducted by the Criminal Investigation Team (CTI) revealed that the defendants participated in modifying the rules that were established to facilitate the approval of a loan to Navelena S.A.S. amounting to 120 billion pesos. It also counted on the participation of multinational Odebrecht.
