A female member of the Criminal Investigation Team (CTI) was arrested in for alleged in corruption in law enforcement in a Center for Comprehensive Legal Assistance to Victims (in Spanish Centro de Atención Penal Integral a Victimas (Capiv)) in Bogotá. She was arrested for corruption offenses when exercising her duties.
The investigation which is carried out by the Office of the Attorney General was based on announcements made by the media in year 2014 since there was an alleged manipulation of process on Fernando Cepeda´s murder.
