Two public servants of the Municipal Registry Office appeared before the Criminal Investigation Team (CTI) in Ciénaga (Magdalena) since warrants of arrest were issued against them for their alleged participation in the so-called “birth certificates carousel” in which more than 800 certificates were illegally issued between 2013 and 2015.
Arrest warrants were conducted on May 22 in the presence of the defense lawyer of these two administrative assistants L.M.F.D.C. and Y.F.P.
