They sold drugs in the so-called Comuna 7
Preventive detention orders have been issued for 8 alleged members of the so-called “Los Fai” criminal organization in Popayán (Cauca) for micro-trafficking offenses.
That was the decision made by a municipal judge in that city (guarantee court) at the request of a prosecutor of the Sectional Prosecutor´s Office belonging to the so called unit Estructura de Apoyo in Cauca.
According to the investigation, it is believed that the defendants sold drugs in rural settlement of Puelenje, Comuna 7 as well as in Versalles and Túnel neighborhoods.
