Office of the Attorney General arrested four members of a transnational network engaged in smuggling drugs from different cities of the country into Chile and Trinidad and Tobago.
Efraín Rengifo Delgado and William Calderón Torres were arrested in Jamundí (Valle del Cauca). Likewise, Oscar de Jesús Parra Garrido in Barranquilla (Atlántico) and José Raúl Tobar Ramos were arrested in Corinto (Cauca).
The arrested people were brought before a judge (Guarantee Court) in Cali. Preventive detention orders with imprisonment were issued for aggravated drug trafficking, manufacture and drug possession offenses and aggravated criminal conspiracy.
