The Office of the Attorney General summoned an individual for instigating people to commit crimes against the President and other national leaders

The Office of the Attorney General opened an investigation into a video that was published last April 9^th in which Josué Martínez Loaiza encouraged citizens to commit crimes against the president of Colombia Juan Manuel Santos Calderón and some congressmen.

Keeping in mind that Martinez Loaiza lives in Bolivia, the prosecuting authority will request through the mechanism of  international judicial cooperation that first enquiries of the accused be conducted.
