Four alleged members of the so called Clan del Golfo were prosecuted

They were arrested in possession of firearms in San Juan del Litoral which borders the area of Chocó

At the request of the Second Specialized Prosecutor´s Office, a municipal Court (“Guarantee Court”) issued a preventive detention order with imprisonment against four alleged members of the so called Clan del Golfo criminal organization.

The Office of the Attorney General charged them with criminal conspiracy, manufacturing, trafficking and possessing firearms or ammunitions.

Among those arrested are José Aurelio Bonilla Recuero, Daniel Felipe Colorado  Waitotó, Saturnino Caicedo Gamboa and Yair Antonio Arroyo Moreno.
