About 100 complaints were received by the Office of the Attorney General during and event which took place in the main city of Chocó and was presided over by Attorney General Néstor Humberto Martínez Neira.
Members of African and indigenous communities belonging to the Department denounced a detriment to health, educations sectors and infrastructure works.
At the end of the event, the Attorney General announced that four employees of Universidad Tecnológica del Chocó (UTCH) were arrested in the last hours for their alleged participation in 108 irregular graduations of lawyers.
