Charges were brought by the Office of the Attorney General against an employee of CEMEX and Asocretro´s legal representative for irregular practices in regards to Transmilenio on the main highway known as La Caracas

Decision in regards to slabs in Transmilenio´s road 

In a decision rendered in second instance, the 61^st Delegate Prosecutor before the Supreme Court in Bogotá accused Francis Alberto Bretton Badel, employee of Cemex, and José Miguel Paz Riveros, legal representative of Colombiana de Productores de Concreto (Asocreto) and Diego Antonio Jaramillo Porto, engineer of the same company, for alleged irregular practices in regards to construction of Transmilenio in La Caracas main highway.
